Discover Your Potential
with our Pathfinder Program
Through our network of local professionals, students will be able to organize internship, mentoring, or shadowing opportunities in their desired field of study. Alternatively, students can work one-on-one with ABLE instructors to complete projects, start a camp, or launch their own business to strengthen their college applications.
How does it work?
Step 1:
Fill out the registration form with your interests and extracurricular activities.
Step 2:
Our program coordinator will meet with you to determine the best fit for you: whether it's working with one of our mentors, initiating a project, or starting your own business.
Step 3:
Students working with a business professional will have a meeting with their mentor and then complete professional training with an ABLE instructor prior to starting their internship, job, or shadowing experience.
Step 4:
Throughout the course of the program, students will meet frequently with program coordinators at ABLE to check-in on progress, plan next steps, and debrief on the experience.

For many students, choosing a career path, or even an area of study, while still in high school can seem overwhelming. Through the Pathfinder program, students will meet one-on-one with Dr. Chung to determine the best projects and experiences that will help to guide them in the right direction.
